Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states in the USA. We are not currently shipping outside of the USA.
How soon can I order for delivery?
We try to always have a few Rainbow 5 Layer Cakes on hand for quick turnarounds. Other cakes may take up to a week to produce. Please see our pickup shipping dates at checkout.
How far in advance can I order for delivery?
As far as you need! Just click the date for which you need your cake before checking out and it'll be shipped a few days in advance.
Can you ship during the heat of the summer?
Yes! We pack our cakes in a temperature and humidity controlled environment, so you don't have to worry about your cake melting or disappearing in transit to you!
What if my Cotton Candy Cravings order is late?
Orders are shipped early in an attempt to avoid shipping delays. The cake should arrive by the date requested at checkout. If your cake hasn't arrived 2 days after the expected delivery date on your tracking number, please reach out and we will try and provide a solution.
What if my Cotton Candy Cravings order is damaged?
While it doesn't happen often, your order may arrive damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures of the box and contents. Most orders come with $100 insurance, for which we will need pictures. Please reach out within 24 hours of receipt of your order with any issues and reports of damage.
Cakes and Goodies
Can I add a name or number to my Cotton Candy Cravings cake?
Of course! Since the cake has a diameter of 7.5 inches, we are limited to what we can put on the cake. The "Customize it!" field on each cake's page will automatically enforce the boundaries of your customization.
How long will my Cotton Candy Cravings cake last?
We suggest using your cake within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Once opened, your cake will last 1-2 days.
How many people does one Cotton Candy Cravings cake serve?
One 7.5 inch cake serves 8-10 people.
How do I store my Cotton Candy Cravings cake?
When you receive your cake, it will be upside down, this keeps the cake fluffier longer. Store your cake on the countertop out of the sun and away from heat. Do not break the seal until you are ready to use your cake.
How do I prepare a Cotton Candy Cravings cake to cut?
Dispose of the included moisture pack. Our cakes cut best on a flat surface and off of the black base. Place candles and any toppers and then add sprinkles. Use a sharp dry knife to cut.

Do you sell your sugars?
Yes! We sell a few different flavors of our Cotton Candy Cravings sugars. See the Cotton Candy Sugar product page.
Do you make your own flavors?
Yes. All of our flavors are made in our facility that is free of gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, and eggs to avoid any cross contamination.
Are Cotton Candy Cravings products allergen friendly?
Our cakes are allergen friendly! Each item is

- Nut-free
Some cakes do contain red, blue, and yellow dyes. Please refer to the cake's ingredients section. If you prefer a cake with no dye, our Dye Free Cake is a great option!
What if I have an allergy to a flavor in a Cotton Candy Cravings product?
Because we use the same machine for all of our cotton candy, we cannot guarantee that there won't be any cross contamination between flavors.
